No Better Place to Be
The June 2026 heatwave may be coming to an end (at time of writing), but don’t pack away the beach gear just yet.
While temperatures are set to become a little more manageable, summer is still very much here – and there’s no better place to spend it than beside the sea.
June Heatwave Influencing Sea Temperatures
After the sunshine and warmth, UK waters have had a chance to warm up, making conditions ideal for all kinds of watersports and coastal adventures.

Whether you’re catching waves, exploring the coastline on a paddleboard, heading out for a kayak session, or simply enjoying a swim, there’s plenty of fun to be had on the water.
The Coast – the Best Place to Be!
One of the best things about being by the coast is that it’s enjoyable whatever the thermometer says. A 30°C scorcher might be great for lounging on the beach, but slightly cooler temperatures often make for even better conditions when you’re active on the water.
Less heat, fewer crowds, and comfortable conditions can mean longer sessions and more enjoyment.

So grab your gear, head to the beach, and make the most of summer while it’s here. We’ll see you on the water.
