NOTE ALL SHIPPING CAN BE SLOWER THAN NORMAL IN SOME AREAS RIGHT NOW DUE TO COVID. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS FAR SLOWER THAN EXPECTED TOO.
WE OFFER ALL SHIPPING AT COST & WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM SHIPPING YOUR GOODS !
Our default UK shipping service is via Royal Mail 2nd Class for items considered ‘large letter’ size (ie hoods, gloves, wax etc) and for parcels we also use Royal Mail or DPD tracked (your choice at checkout) depending on parcel size and weight. We find these to be the best low cost and reliable solutions. If your order is placed before 10.30 am we will always endeavor to post it the same day.
WE REALLY RECOMMEND USING DPD if you have a choice at checkout, for a few Pounds more their service and ‘smart’ tracking is amazing press for full details.
Note that if you chose DPD and live in some areas of the UK inc. Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland shipping costs around £18 per parcel although this cost will not be displayed or charged. Next day is also not always possible in these areas and it will take 48 hours. Our shopping cart system cannot currently deal this issue but we are working on it so if you chose DPD and you live in one of these areas we will ship with royal mail 48 tracked instead.
In a hurry ? We also offer a DPD NEXT WORKING DAY TRACKED. Note we only ship Monday to Friday, not weekends.
Most parcels up to 2 kilo will go next day for £8.99 with this service to most UK mainland postcodes. The cut off time for NEXT WORKING DAY orders to be place with us is around 10.30am as their driver collects from us at about that time. After that time the order will be shipped next working day. Heavier parcels tend to go 24 – 48 hours at of a cost under £15 in most cases.
NOTE DPD DO NOT DELIVER ON A SATURDAY IN MANY AREAS SO IF YOU ORDER NEXT DAY ON A FRIDAY IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THERE IS ALSO NO COLLECTION SERVICE ON BANK HOLIDAYS SO ORDER PLACED ON BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS WILL GO OUT THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.
All our shipping is charged at cost price and rates calculations are dependent upon the number and the weight of items you purchase with weight being the main overriding cost factor. Postage is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase.

International deliveries will take longer depending on your exact location, email us for time scales. Covid as slowed many international services. We use Royal Mail airmail by default and a tracked option is available at an extra £6 per parcel. If you want to add tracking to an international parcel please email us as tracking is not available in all counties.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING and BREXIT information from July 1st 2021. NOTE we cannot currently ship to Europe and order with a retail value of oer £150. Any orders placed over £150 will be rejected and refunded until further notice
IMPORTANT : on July 1st 2021 shipping into EU from UK has changed considerably. We can process orders as before however please be aware that customs are experiencing delays in many Europe destinations such as Ireland, Spain, Italy and Germany etc. These delays are not in our dispatch but in European countries customs processing.
The UK have now left Europe so for orders for goods leaving the UK to Europe we will refund the UK VAT (if applicable) on your order once processed but please be aware that you may well be liable for import VAT and possibly import duty and clearing charges when you receive the item in your country. These rates may well be different for different countries (as a guide the UK VAT rate is 20% ). It is essential that you understand and budget for any VAT, import taxes charges from your local delivery centre for processing your customs clearing that you may have to pay. We are not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs / delivery office. If we send an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item only when it is returned to us back here in the UK minus the total shipping and returns costs.
Cancellations after an order is shipped are not possible as at that stage we can’t recall the parcel but note an order can be returned as normal when that order has then been delivered to the customer at the customers cost.
