4/3mm wetsuit looking good in the SUP sun – with Emily McDonald.

With current UK weather the way it is the accompanying pics may seem like a world away. Yet only a few days ago there was blue sky, autumn sunshine and calm seas. Plenty of reason to get out and SUP. Which is exactly what NCW team rider Emily did.

Whilst the session was still a (relative) warm one there’s no doubt things are starting to cool off in the UK. We know many riders who’ve already switched to thicker rubber in the last few weeks. It isn’t quite 5/3mm winter wetsuit conditions just yet but there’s no doubt Jack Frost is on his way!

Emily took the opportunity to don her NCW 4/3mm wetty – which is on sale by the way! She was also taking her brand new paddle board for its maiden voyage. We have to say the colours look great and everything seems so serene in the images. That for many people can be what SUP is all about.

We’re pretty sure there’ll be more days like this moving forwards. It’ll just be a tad chilly. So if you’re planning on paddling through winter (there’s no reason why not) make sure you get tooled up with the proper gear.

Thanks to Adrian Barber for the images.
