Returns can take time to process. Once we have the returned item can take 2 to 3 days. If you are in a hurry and need to change a size then buy the item you need now and send the other back for a refund.

SIMPLE ANSWER : Buy something from us, need to return it for any reasonable reason (within 30 days) ? Then just post it back and as long as it is undamaged and as new we will refund you in full. Full details below.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY / INFORMATION : We feel we are fair and flexible (of course!).

You are welcome to return any stock item (not special order items) within a month of your purchase for any reason for a full refund as long as the item is in as new condition and has not been used (or shows signs of use). If the items are a gift or at Christmas etc just mention this on the comments section of the order form and we can extend this period for up to two months if required. If you are unsure about fit etc please do contact us first for advice if you feel the need. When you send your return please include a note with your details. Please state if it is for a refund or exchange and why you are returning it.

You may order items, for example in two sizes, if you wish to try them on to make sure you get the most appropriate size and then return one for a full refund. However it may be better to first contact us to discuss sizes as we know our products very well. Note if you order multiple products to try then return shipping is at your expense.

If you make a return all you need do is post it back to us and just include your name, contact details and order info. Standard second class post is lowest price and simplest option for most returns, just make sure you ask for proof of postage. Our address for returns is :

If you need to swap sizes of an item please contact us first to check stock and then just add a note with the return and we will contact you once it is received to confirm your needs.

In the case of reporting a faulty item you do need to contact us first before returning an the item for refund or replacement. We will need to see the item before it can be replaced or refunded.

WHEN YOU MAKE A RETURN :  PLEASE DO NOT FOLD NEOPRENE ITEMS. THEY MUST BE ROLLED WHERE POSSIBLE OR if you cannot roll then fold FROM THE TOP (neck) TO BOTTOM (ankle / waist) rather THAN ACROSS ie NOT FOLDING the chest in half making a crease down the centre of the item. Neoprene items can be damaged by folding inappropriately and then we cannot offer a full refund.
