Parcel to go! NCW tweaks it’s delivery service

Here at NCW we’re always striving to serve our customers better and provide the most efficient means possible of getting neoprene gear to you. Each week we asses and analyse our current systems to make sure (literally) everything is delivered as it should be. With this in mind we’ve updated our courier methods and made the whole thing more effective. There wasn’t a problem previously but we’re confident we’ve found a better way of doing things, which will ultimately benefit you guys.

So, we continue with Royal Mail as NCW’s default postie. But we’ve updated our premium service and will now using interlink express. Offering a next working day (as standard) service your NCW goodies are poised to be with you super quick thereby minimising the amount of time you’re out of the brine. It should be noted this is for mainland UK only, although we do ship worldwide. It just may take a little longer to reach outlying areas and overseas destinations.

For next day most parcels up to 10 kilos will go for £6.49 to UK mainland postcodes before the standard 2nd class pricing.
