Myself and my partner visited NCW after seeing their store online. We had seen a lot of their products on the website, so decided to pay them a visit on our next trip to Cornwall on holiday.

Communication right from the off was great, I spoke to Mark via email and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I had asked if there was ample space for an estate car with a trailer, which there is plenty.

Mark opened the shop early for us as we had arrived ahead of the planned time due to great traffic on the motorway, which was really kind of him as I wouldn’t have minded admiring the lovely view for however long it took.

We were sized up with wetsuits, shown different options and styles, Mark was bang on with his sizing right as we walked through the door and had myself and my partner fitted within a short time.

I am really happy with the quality of the suits that we purchased, and they should last us many years! No doubt when we need something else for our paddling adventures, NCW will be the first place that we go.

Thankyou so much Mark and team for being so accommodating and friendly, and most of all human. We are very impressed with your products and service, and can’t wait to visit again for some more of your gear!

I bought a waist leash and SUP carry strap (which has a very handy little carrying bag). I could have bought a cheaper one from that place where we all buy too much stuff, but this was made locally and from recycled materials. It feels very well made, and I will feel much safer when I eventually figure out how to stand up on a Paddleboard! Delivery was supposed to be second class, but arrived within two days of my order, which is just as good as that other place would have been!

We bought our first ever wetsuits at NCW
today, it SO was nice not to feel like a total idiot buying something like this without much knowledge! The guy was extremely approachable, and knew pretty much immediately what we’d need. He explained how to care for and store our wetsuits, and some of the important features. I don’t feel like he tried to sell us something more expensive than we needed, but also I am confident that what we bought will be just right and not cheap! Although I’m not particularly knowledgeable on wetsuits, I think the quality and workmanship on these suits is very good, and I am really pleased with our purchases. It’s lovely to support a local business, and I feel confident that they will be helpful if we have any questions or concerns, or need any repairs in future. Thanks again!
